What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training is a unique approach to group fitness that harnesses the power of classic one-to-one personal training and makes it affordable for everyone. Utilising science-based strength training protocols, world-class coaching, and all the fun that comes with Group Fitness Classes, we have created something special. Carefully designed 8-week training blocks and smaller class sizes allow our members to maximise their progress and master a variety of exercises, leaving them feeling confident when they enter the gym.
