What is HIIT?
High-Intensity Interval Training is 45 minutes of exercise designed to improve cardiovascular performance, aid with fat loss, and put the fun back to training. HIIT combines periods of high-intensity effort and periods of low-intensity effort to create spikes and drops in heart rate that have been shown to be an incredibly effective tool for a number of positive health and fitness outcomes.
Our HIIT classes are for people who want an epic, action-packed cardio-based workout in a fun and motivating environment. Men, women, young, and old, our HIIT classes can be adjusted to work for just about anyone!
You can go as fast or as slow as you want, this isn’t a class just for fit people, this is a class that makes fit people!
