What is Fusion?
Fusion is a class created to show you how strong, fit, and great you can be by helping you realise tangible improvements in performance. 8-week training blocks solely focused on improving one exercise for each of the three facets of fitness: strength, endurance, and cardio. Our carefully designed programs and structured testing methods allow our members to push themselves and reap the benefits.
Who is Fusion for?
Anyone who wants to see tangible performance improvements. This class has a little something for everyone. Covering the three major facets of fitness, Fusion is the most well-rounded class we have on offer here at TOMFIT. The multi-discipline approach provides enough variety, excitement, and fun to keep anyone engaged while still steering them toward achieving some huge improvements in their overall fitness performance.
