What is Circuit Series?

Our lunchtime special! Ran by our highly experienced Coach, Brad, Circuit Series is 45 minutes of strength and cardio-based exercised designed to give you your daily dose of fitness within your lunch break. With alternating days of focus, our Circuit Series program has been put together to keep things varied so that participants can reap the benefits of strength training, cardiovascular training, and mobility training over a week. We do the thinking so our members can just turn up and put in the work.
