So… who the heck is Tommy? Tommy is a transformer and the man behind TOMFIT.

His passion is to help people change their bodies and lives by teaching them how to eat and exercise, get fitter and stronger, lose weight and live a more positive life.
Tommy’s philosophy is that you have to enjoy and live your life and have fun, but also take care of yourself. He believes that you are effectively the CEO of your own life and that your biggest asset isn’t your house or your car but its actually you! He is also a big believer that when you strengthen your body, you strengthen your mind and character, and the flow on effect helps you achieve the most amazing things in all areas of your life.
TOMFIT was setup with the goal of creating a fun, community based fitness centre, with a great culture that makes you feel like you have a home away from home. TOMFIT is a place where everyone knows your name, where you get educated on how to eat and exercise, and most
importantly get great results amongst a group of like minded friends.
As a trainer and coach Tommy is unique in his background. He has a degree in Health Science and Sports management via Australia’s most prestigious University “Bond University” and is currently studying for an MBA through the University of Southern California. He is a well-respected Auckland personal trainer and has spent much of his career as a popular trainer of trainers between New Zealand and Australia. He is also the co-author of the personal development program The Business of Designing a Mantastic Life”, an online global Men’s Health Exercise
and Lifestyle program designed to help men live healthier and happier lives.
Tommy truly walks the talk and you will see him regularly training at TOMFIT. He has run multiple marathons (42.2 Km), competed at national level in athletic bodybuilding and continues to train his own clients as well as his team of trainers.
As part of his own training he has recently returned from the USA after attending a program led by Bill Phillips the world famous fitness guru, entrepreneur and author of multi million best selling book Body for Life.
Most important of all Tommy wants to help you have a better quality of life, become happier, healthier, lighter, stronger and more energetic and create the best version of you.
